Throughout my professional journey, I have gained academic and professional experience across Technology, Mathematics, Finance, Banking, and Business. My initial academic foundation was established in Informatics and Mathematics, complemented by further study in Computational Mathematics and Informatics. These disciplines provided a strong analytical, quantitative, and systems-oriented foundation for my subsequent professional and academic work.
During the years surrounding the Greek economic and financial crisis, my professional experience expanded within financial services, including Insurance, Investments, Banking, and technology-related business environments. Over time, I worked within organisations and structures including Piraeus Bank/ERGO Bancassurance, Cepal, Alpha Bank, and subsequently within a software and business systems environment serving the car-rental industry. Exposure to banking transformation, NPL-related activities, financial operations, information systems, and cross-functional teams broadened my understanding of how financial and technological functions interact within organisations.
From 2014 onwards, I continued this professional path while pursuing postgraduate education in the United Kingdom. I completed an MSc in Finance at the University of Leicester, subsequently pursued MBA studies, and in 2023 transitioned to Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, where I am currently completing my MBA with emphasis on Strategy, Management, and Business Decision-Making. This combination of academic development and professional practice has enabled financial, analytical, technological, and strategic knowledge to develop alongside practical experience.
Since 2022, I have also developed an independent professional activity focused on financial analysis, business analysis, decision support, and advisory services. My current approach draws on experience across technical, quantitative, financial, banking, business, and strategic environments, together with exposure to different organisational settings. This background supports an advisory perspective centred on structured analysis, informed judgement, and a practical understanding of financial and business circumstances.
